Shipping Policy

Zestek Global operates a streamlined logistics network to deliver high-performance hardware to the international motorsport community.

  • Dispatch Location: All Zestek products are shipped directly from our headquarters in China.
  • Shipping Tiers: We offer two flat-rate international shipping options:
    • Standard International: USD$90
    • Express International: USD$120
  • Carrier & Tracking: All orders are fulfilled via DHL. A tracking number will be generated and provided to you as soon as your shipping labels have been created.
  • Remote Areas: If your delivery address is in a remote area or one not easily accessible by traditional shipping methods, additional charges may apply. In such instances, we will notify you of the additional costs; you may then choose to proceed with the order or receive a full refund.

Returns and Refunds

Because Zestek products are specialized performance components designed for high-stakes motorsport, our returns policy is built around technical resolution rather than retail "change of mind".

  • Final Sale: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. All sales are final unless a product fault or issue is determined to have been caused by the manufacturer.
  • Technical Resolution First: We are committed to solving all technical issues to ensure an optimal experience with our hardware. Our priority is to provide support and repair to keep your build on track.
  • Case-by-Case Assessment: Should you encounter an issue, we will open a formal case to investigate and rectify the problem. Refunds or returns are only considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically reserved for products that are beyond repair or where a remedy is not financially viable.
  • Manufacturer Faults: If Zestek determines a fault is a result of a manufacturing defect, we will undertake the necessary steps to replace or refund the item as appropriate.
